EFB fibre has so special feartures, easy entangle and highly abrasive texture. If you use wood pellets mill to process EFB fibre, you will be frustrated. Right die compression ratio is critical.

We work with professional ring die manufacturers,  responsible for machine quality and after-sale service. We have experience on making EFB pellets, first units KJ-MZLH420E was installed in March 2014 in Sarawak, Malaysia.
Our advice when you are going to set up an efb pellet line:
  1. As simple as possible. Don't use too much pipes to transport the fibre from one machine to another. Belt conveyor is better than screw conveyor. Less jam but easy to control the material flow, remember efb fibre is easy to extangle.
  2. EFB size and moisture level control are even more important than pelletizing process. No small fibre with right MC, no pellets. The whole line has to be stopped. That will be a big loss.
  3. Choose reliable suppliers, who understand EFB. Has experience with whole EFB line engineering. Responsible for after-sale. We met with many clients paid high cost when they set up their first pellet line.
  4. Whether produce pellets or briquettes, or carbonized EFB kernal, depends on the market demands.
  5. Make sure you will have stable EFB supplying, since more and more pellet line are being set up.
  6. Make sure your power supplying is ready before machine arrives. One of our client from Malaysia hold the machinery installation for 3 months because there is no power. That costs him great loss.
